Staff Buyout
In anticipation of the retirement of its Managing Director, Bernard BONTE, along with its desire and that of Management to see Saint-James retain both plant and employment, a Company Staff Buyout was implemented.
This TRICOTS SAINT-JAMES majority buyout took place on December 5th 1990, after the adoption in June 1987 of new articles regarding the creation of a Board of Directors and Trustees.
Today, Management is the responsibility of Yannick DUVAL and Joël LEGENDRE.
